The new North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA) is here with a vengeance, and it’s called the United States Mexico Canada Agreement (USMCA). First established in 1994, NAFTA went down in history as the world’s largest free trade agreement, between Canada, Mexico, and the United States, that eradicated tariffs on imports and exports between the countries.

There’s no question that it’s been an interesting, innovative, and challenging few years for logistics professionals. With the growing economy, driver shortages, and advanced technology, companies have been forced to evolve or get left behind in the industry that won’t slow down.

As we say goodbye to 2018 and hello to 2019, our McKenna Logistics team took some time to consider how the shopping and shipping experience may transform and evolve in the year ahead. Here are our collective predictions:
