McKenna defines a Perfect Transaction as either an order or a receipt that is free from any exceptions avoidable by its team. For example, if an order or receipt has any exception, such as it was late, has the wrong item, has a documentation error, EDI is wrong, or a McKenna team member damages a carton, that transaction counts against the Perfect Transaction Rate. Every morning, the operations leadership team meets and records any exceptions that impact the customer as reported by its customers or reported by McKenna’s team.
